*Suicidal Salsa*

Ingredients:

• 32 oz. can of whole peeled tomatoes
• Half of a mango, cubed and peeled (about 1/2 cup)
• 1/2 cup chopped onion (red, yellow, whatever!)
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 shot of Tequila
• 1/2 tsp. Salt, Kosher (to taste)
• 1 to 2 Habanero chilies, seeded (btw, I wear gloves and I recommend that you do, too)
• 1 Anaheim pepper
• 3/4 cup cilantro
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1/2 tsp. honey

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, or blender. Process until almost smooth.

Cover and chill. It will taste much better if you let it sit overnight in the fridge, but sometimes I just can't wait~ Muy fuckin' bueno!

Makes about 3 cups.
